I ordered the Opal pipe and it is BEAUTIFUL! Packaging was secure, no damage at all! Works great, I love that it comes with extra filters and cleaning wand. Slight issue with shipping but customer service was AMAZING! Definitely recommend :)

Not quiiite as flashy as I'd hoped, but a beautiful piece none the less! Very well packed and arrived undamaged because of this <3 They're a bit rough\unpolished. I have yet to try it, but so far I'm happy with the quality for the price!
