How does shipping work?

It takes us 3-9 days to process the order, and the items will arrive within 12-52 days at this time. We have seen some delays in shipping due to COVID-19. Please be patient with us and the amazing delivery services out there. These shipping times vary a lot due to safety measures in place relating to COVID-19. During certain times of the year (including holidays), there may be delays due to the amount of packages going through postal carriers. During busy times, the estimated delivery time is 12-60 days. 

Will multiple items arrive together or separately?

In order to get the items to you as fast as possible, multiple items will most likely arrive separately. Depending on what type of item is (clothing, mugs, jewelry, etc), it is made in different facilities, and so may be shipped separately. 

Where do the items ship from?

We source our products from multiple wholesalers around the world. Our items ship from warehouses located in China, Mexico, United States, Canada or Europe, depending on what the product is. This is why depending on which items selected, they will arrive separately. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free shipping to everywhere possible! 

Will I be charged customs?

Unfortunately, we can't control customs charges. Occasionally, they may occur when items cross borders, and it is up to the customer to pay them. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The customer is responsible for all customs and post carrier fees.

Will there be delays due to COVID-19?

Our fulfilment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We are so grateful to all shipping carriers handling this unprecedented situation. Please be patient with us and the amazing delivery services out there. How do I check what size I need to order?

Sizing varies across items. Please pay careful attention to the measurements that are listed on each individual product. We do not have one sizing chart for all items. 

Do you have any current promotions?

The best way to keep up with promotions is to sign up for our email list, or follow us on social media! These can all be found in the footer of our store. If you are still having trouble finding a promo code, just DM us on social media or email us at contact@witchofdusk.com.

How do I return an item?

We consider returns and refunds for damaged items, wrong items, or lost items. At this time, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse. Please contact us at support@witchofdusk.com with photos and we will be happy to help.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch at support@witchofdusk.com. Let us know why, and please attach an image or two!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I received an incorrect/damaged item, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@witchofdusk.com within 2 weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My item should be here by now, but I don't have it?

Sometimes mail items get lost! If it has passed our shipping time estimate, please contact us so we can offer a refund or replace the items. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@witchofdusk.com with your order number.

How do I become an influencer for your store?
