By placing an order, the customer accepts both the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
How does shipping work?
It takes us 3-9 days to process the order, and the items will arrive within 1-4 weeks at this time. During certain times of the year (including holidays), there may be delays due to the amount of packages going through postal carriers.
Will multiple items arrive together or separately?
In order to get the items to you as fast as possible, multiple items will most likely arrive separately. Depending on what type of item is (clothing, mugs, jewelry, etc), it is made in different facilities, and so may be shipped separately.
Where do the items ship from?
We source our products from multiple wholesalers around the world and so they are shipped from different warehouses around the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping to everywhere possible!
Will I be charged customs?
Unfortunately, we can't control customs charges. Occasionally, they may occur when items cross borders, and it is up to the customer to pay them. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The customer is responsible for all customs and post carrier fees.
