Frequently Asked Questions

How does shipping work?

It takes us 3-9 days to process the order, and the items will arrive within 1-4 weeks at this time. During certain times of the year (including holidays), there may be delays due to the amount of packages going through postal carriers. 

Will multiple items arrive together or separately?

In order to get the items to you as fast as possible, multiple items will most likely arrive separately. Depending on what type of item is (clothing, mugs, jewelry, etc), it is made in different facilities, and so may be shipped separately. 

Where do the items ship from?

We source our products from multiple wholesalers around the world and so they are shipped from different warehouses around the world. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free shipping to everywhere possible! 

Will I be charged customs?

Unfortunately, we can't control customs charges. Occasionally, they may occur when items cross borders, and it is up to the customer to pay them. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The customer is responsible for all customs and post carrier fees.

How do I check what size I need to order?

Sizing varies across items. Please pay careful attention to the measurements that are listed on each individual product. We do not have one universal sizing chart for all items. 

Do you have any current promotions?

The best way to keep up with promotions is to sign up for our email list, or follow us on social media! These can all be found in the footer of our store. 

How do I return an item?

 

We offer refunds for damaged items, wrong items, or lost items. For any other concern, please contact us to arrange a return. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, a package will be considered lost and refunded if not delivered within 30 business days. 

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch at support@witchofdusk.com. Let us know why, and please attach an image or two!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I received an incorrect/damaged item, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@witchofdusk.com within 2 weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My item should be here by now, but I don't have it?

Sometimes mail items get lost! If it has been 30 business days since the ship date, please contact us so we can offer a refund or replace the items. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@witchofdusk.com with your order number.

How do I become an influencer for your store?
